Russia's AtomRedMetzoloto (ARMZ) and Toronto- and Johannesburg-registered Uranium One have signed a purchase and subscription agreement that will propel Uranium One into the top five global uranium producers and see ARMZ take a controlling interest in the company. Meanwhile, Russia may be about to open an enrichment plant to part-foreign ownership.
